so i haven't posted in a VERY long time. :( i'm sorry. i've been totally off-track. like, completely. i don't know what i weigh right now..i don't know if i WANT to know. heh.
i really want to get back on track though. my stepfather challenged my mother and i to a bet: lose 20 lbs by April 1st, get $50. yesssssssssss. lol. so let's hope i can do that, i don't have $50 to give him if i fail! lol.
mom and i are really going to get into this though, so i think we'll be able to do it.
if anyone is still reading this, are there are any awesome new tricks that i haven't been around to hear about?

ugh, bad weekend for my diet.
good weekend the whole way around, except for that. i'm glad the weekend happened though, even though i gained all but 1 lb back...ugh. so yeah, 232 again. :/
pizza and candy and chinese will do that to you. but when your boyfriend comes up and you haven't seen him for a month, it doesn't feel as bad.
i did go to the gym for an hour on Friday though. and i've been doing my Pilates. i just have to get myself back on track, i'm not going to be seeing him for another month :/ but i want to look so much better by the time i do see him again.
gah.

today's food:
9:00 AM - Breakfast: 2oz. Egg Whites + ½ cup raspberries (oh god do i love them haha) 11:30 AM- Mid-morning Snack: 2oz. chicken + 1 slice bread + apple. bottle of water 2:30 PM - Lunch: 2oz. chicken + 1 slice bread + 1cup carrots. bottle of water. 4:15 PM - Mid-afternoon Snack: nothing, you'll see why in a second 7:15 PM - Dinner: going to Subway with mom, (i'll get one of the 6 grams of fat or less subs), + diet soda 9:00 PM - Snack (Optional): apple
yeah so we're going to subway. they're healthy though and i get tons of veggies on my sandwich, so, yeah. we're also going to check out this gym she heard about.

sooo...i bought a Pilates DVD. won't have the chance to do it until Wednesday >:( because i'm going to be out of the house for like 12 hours tomorrow, god damn it. i have a mandatory fucking lecture at 7 tomorrow night, by people who talked in both of my classes today! and i have no idea how long it is. plus then my half hour commute home. gah!
bah, i don't want to go. :(
but whatever. i will start my Pilates on Wednesday, and i will like it. lol. :)

so tomorrow morning is weigh in...and i have a feeling that i didn't lose, just maintained. :/ better than gaining, but still.
so i'm trying out a new plan tomorrow, having finished the special k thing (damn am i glad that's over! too much fucking cereal!)
so this is what i'm eating tomorrow:
8:30 AM - Breakfast: 2oz. Egg Whites + ½ cup grapes 11:00 AM- Mid-morning Snack: 2oz. egg whites + apple. bottle of water 2:30 PM - Lunch: 2oz. chicken + 1 slice bread + 1cup carrots. bottle of water. 4:15 PM - Mid-afternoon Snack: 2oz. tuna + 1 slice bread. bottle of water. 7:15 PM - Dinner: 2oz. turkey breast + 1 slice bread + 1cup celery. bottle of water and/or diet soda 9:00 PM - Snack (Optional): apple
and there will be 45-60 minutes of exercise in there too.

hmm..when i've weighed myself this week i haven't been seeing results...in fact it's been saying that i've gained. eh. but this is period week, and official weigh-in isn't until monday. and it was really weird last week, because it seemed like i didn't lose anything until monday, when 3 pounds were just gone.
i don't even know. weight and bodies are weird. :P
